Twice a year, on Ascension Thursday and the last Sunday of September, the Museum organizes a photography fair and flea market. The program includes museum tours, a photo exhibition, and, depending on the season, photography workshops, lectures, and guided walks. The next "autumn" edition will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

The museum partner of the Expo Pêle-MEL in Marquette-lez-Lille: Around sixty devices retracing 100 years of the "silver era" accompany the exhibition of photographs from the photographic collection of the MEL.

From June 6th to July 5th, 2026, from 3pm to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

The spring edition of the photography fair and flea market took place on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The program included museum tours, an exhibition of photographs by Jeanne Devos in partnership with the Wormhout Museum, and over 40 exhibitors' tables from across France and Belgium. Despite the less than ideal weather, a large number of visitors attended. The autumn edition will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Nearly 100 spectators gathered this Sunday, March 29th, at the Saint-Amand thermal baths for the screening of the documentary "The Images of Mademoiselle Devos," dedicated to Jeanne Devos, the first professional female photographer in Northern France. The audience was attentive and moved by the richness of the archives and this inspiring story.

The screening took place in the presence of the director Anne Bruneau, as well as Jean-Pierre Grassien, president of the "Friends of the Jeanne Devos Museum" and Dominique Moré and Bernard Dollet, photographers who knew Jeanne Devos, offering a precious and lively moment of exchange.

The Museum was packed this Ascension Thursday. The Member of Parliament gave a speech and inaugurated the event, in the presence of the Mayor. There were 30 stalls selling vintage photos and 12 photographers exhibiting their bird photographs.
